Aproximately preparation time of your order is 1 week. During busy holiday seasons this might take longer (e.g. Ramadan, Eid period or other festivities). In case you need your order sooner, reach out to us for more information on the upgrade or express delivery options.

Rest of Europe: 3-5 business days
Canada & North America: 3-5 business days (DHL), or 2-4 weeks (standard shipping)

These dispatch and delivery estimates are subject to delay by the transporation company or customs.
Question: Can I cancel my order?
Your order can be cancelled on the following conditions:
- The order has not yet been shipped
- In case of a personalised item it's not possible to cancel the order when we already personalized your items.
Question: How can I return my order?
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
For all other items you can reach out to us on info@uniquetasbihs.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We’ll provide you the return address. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Question: Do you provide wholesale discounts?
We can provide wholesale quantities. Do note that for large orders you need to take into account longer processing time as everything is handmade.

Our website pricing does not include any of the duties, taxes, or customs charges your package may incur when it arrives to you. Please contact the customs agency officials to find out more about your countries customs policies. They vary depending on the country and will not be covered by Unique Tasbihs & Gifts.
